Smile bad back

Dr Paul,

Some years ago I studied Yang style tai chi up to 5 levels and the full Wu style in which I was appointed an instructor.

After about 6 or 7yrs study, I stopped due to serious illness.

While on holidays, I started to study your DVD from our library, tai chi for arthritis to help my backpain, which helped immensly

The instructions were so easy to follow, that I have decided to study further DVD's and hope to instruct again for free.

Dr Paul is there any difference between the sets for arthritis and backpain?

I am a 64yrs young pensioner, so I can't afford lessons or workshops.

God bless and thank you for dedication to helping others, Alan.

Smile bad back

Dr Paul,

quite a few years ago I was an instructor in Wu style.
I haven't played tai chi for some years.
I'm a 64yrs young pensioner, so I get a lot of my DVD's from my local library.
I have the DVD for arthritis.
I am experiencing some backpain at the moment and was wondering if there is much difference between this DVD and the one for backpain?
Congratulations on great instructional DVD's, excellent!!!!!!!!!

God bless, Alan.

Smile backpain

Dr Lam,

jarred my back about a month ago.

Used to be a Wu style tai chi instructor about 15yrs back but haven't practiced in years due to ill health.

It seems tai chi is the only exercise left to me.

I am a 64yrs young pensioner.

Your DVD's are so easy to follow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the moment I am using the ones from the library as I cannot afford lessons.

I have learnt the arthritis forms and was wondering if there is much differrence between this and the backpain one?

God bless, Alan.

great to hear from you.

the forms of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Back Pain is the same, but on the teaching it has special emphasis on Back Pain and how to use the movements for this condition, as well as that, Back Pain has extra Qigong and discussion on what caused back pain, and how tai chi for back pain works with medical experts. Also there are modification for people with back pain, guides how to use the dan tian breathing, and stabiliser muscle exercise to prevent back pain.
